We’ll get to know your business with our one-hour free consultation. Discover and assess your business’ pain points, challenges, work processes from lead management, sales processes, capacity planning, risk assessment and more. Once we get hold of these vital information about your business, we can do a white boarding session to literally write up the step by step process of how things should work, as opposed to how they currently work.

Design

After carefully assessing and evaluating your current structure and future business needs, we find the best and possible solutions specifically designed to improve and streamline every area in your business. We design the outline process and present to you a tailored proposal package which includes a customised plan with specifics, project tactics and fixed-fee cost. This proposal is open to feedback and adjustments as required.

Brian Wolstenholme

Managing Director

Brian is the analyst and gets a kick out of reviewing your methods and procedures to determine the best outcomes. With all the right formal qualifications in Operations Management, Organisation Design, Production and Inventory Control, Brian has an unmentionable number of years of experience in business process improvement. Over 20 years’ of that unmentionable number is experience with Maximizer CRM and Zoho CRM. When he’s not engineering time and cost saving process improvements, he’s either hiking, or putting his improvement skills to work at home by renovating. His favourite toys are his sledgehammer and crowbar (but don’t worry, they stay at home when he’s back at work).

Carmen Zhao

Software Developer

Carmen is a postgraduate majoring in computer science from QUT. Although she finished her bachelor’s degree in Finance from UQ, she has developed a great interest in coding when she was studying some elective units relevant to programming languages. Thus, she decided to pursue a master’s degree in IT, which gives her strong computing and programming fundamentals. As a rookie in this position, Carmen enjoys working with others to bring projects to life. She is committed to continuous learning and improvement, capable of absorbing new knowledge, strategies and processes rapidly and applying them to assigned responsibilities.

When Carmen is outside of work, she enjoys chilling with her cat and doing some exercise activities, like swimming and pilates workouts.

Paul Battaini

Business Analyst

Paul brings over 27 years’ experience in the CRM and software industry to the team. Over that time he has worked across all key areas of the software implementations, including support, service delivery, user training, coding, solution selling and project management. He has helped hundreds of customer ranging from SOHO’s to large corporates, and in a diverse set of industries, to improve their business processes and efficiencies. This success is achieved through thoughtful and experienced attention to individual customer needs and goals. Paul enjoys taking on new challenges and finding effective and achievable solutions along the way.

He studied Physics, Astronomy and Electrical Engineering before deciding to enter the more fast-paced world of IT. Since then he has certified as an MCSE and self-taught programming languages like VB and PHP. As a 2^nd Dan Black-Belt in Tae Kwon Do, Paul enjoys the outdoors and is a keen reader of popular Science, Maths as well as Sci-Fi.

Yujia Lin

Business Analyst

Originally from China, Yujia moved to Brisbane to obtain her master’s degree in information system from the University of Queensland. She also has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from RMIT University. She started to work for this company since 2021, and understands the value of assisting every client with a helpful and cheerful attitude. Yujia in her spare time is either playing tennis or spending time with friends. She is a wombat lover. Her gentle and caring nature will make you feel at ease.

Blake Guilfoyle

Business Analyst

Blake is currently studying at the University of Queensland, in addition to his significant experience with a suite of Zoho products (CRM, Analytics & Creator) and programming in python, he also brings in-depth knowledge of the Solar PV industry. Outside of work, he is either learning more, hiking, or spending time with his wife and children.
