Using Zoho Advanced Filters in CRM

You can work in the Leads module to find leads with a phone number and an email address. Here’s how:

  1. On the left of the screen, find FILTER LEADS BY
  2. Tick the check box (or type & check) the phone field and select ‘is not empty’
  3. Do the same as above for the Email field
  4. Click on ‘Apply Filter’ at the bottom of the screen. This will make another button called ‘Save Filter’ – click on this button.
  5. Name your new filter (e.g. ‘Email & Phone completed’) and Save the Filter

This will be added to the SAVED FILTERS list which can be used at any time.

You can only save up to 5 filters per module.
